3. Carrier Responsibilities

The motor carrier or owner-operator remains solely responsible for:

• Maintaining valid operating authority, licensing, permits, and insurance.
• Compliance with FMCSA, DOT, state, and other applicable transportation laws.
• Driver qualification, hours-of-service compliance, safety performance, and equipment condition.
• Final decisions regarding load acceptance, route operation, and shipment execution.
• Accurate submission of documents, rate confirmations, PODs, and other required records.

4. No Brokerage Representation

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Imperial Freight Dispatch acts as an independent dispatch service provider and does not represent itself as a licensed freight broker.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any minimum revenue, weekly load volume, specific rates, broker approval, detention outcomes, factoring approval, or business results. Market conditions, capacity, geography, timing, and carrier qualifications all affect available opportunities.

6. Payments & Separate Agreements

Pricing, payment timing, billing structure, cancellation rights, and service scope may be governed by a separate agreement or invoice terms. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement will control.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, copy, design elements, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Imperial Freight Dispatch and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
